About Our Services

We serve individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship. Eligibility is based primarily on need and residency in our service area. We do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or background. Our team conducts a confidential assessment to determine how we can best help each person.

Getting started is simple. You can email us at help@hillofhopefoundation.com or fill out the online form in the contact section below. No referral is needed—just reach out and we'll guide you through the process.

Many of our services are provided free of charge or on a sliding scale based on your ability to pay. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthcare, housing support, and essential services regardless of their financial situation. During your assessment, we'll discuss any potential costs and help you understand all options available to you.

Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. All personal information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws. Your story and situation are never shared without your explicit permission, except in cases required by law. We create a safe, judgment-free environment for everyone we serve.

Our healthcare services include preventative care, wellness screenings, chronic disease management, mental health counseling, prescription assistance, and referrals to specialized care. We partner with local healthcare providers to ensure you receive comprehensive medical attention tailored to your needs.

Donations directly support our healthcare, housing, and support programs — providing medical care, housing assistance, food support, counseling, and hope to families in our community. As a newly established 501(c)(3), we are committed to full financial transparency and will publish annual reports and IRS filings as they become available.

Our housing program is designed to be temporary, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days, depending on your situation. The goal is to provide a stable foundation while you work with our case managers to secure permanent housing. We also offer continued support after you transition to ensure long-term stability.

We will help you review your insurance and coverage options. For those without insurance or with limited coverage, we offer services on a sliding scale based on income. Our goal is to ensure that cost is never a barrier to receiving the care and support you need. We'll help you navigate your insurance options during your assessment.
