A new 501(c)(3) nonprofit

The hill is real. So is the way up.

Low-cost medical and mental health care, safe short-term housing, and the everyday support that makes it last — counseling, help finding work, help with food. For people without insurance, for families living paycheck to paycheck, for military members and veterans, and for anyone between homes.

In crisis right now? Call or text 988 — free, confidential, 24/7.

Health Is More Than a Doctor's Visit

At Hill of Hope Foundation, we start from a plain fact: it's hard to hold down a job or a home when you're sick and can't afford care. So we don't stop at medical care — we also help with a safe place to stay and the everyday things in between. We're here for people without insurance, families living paycheck to paycheck, and military members and veterans.

We don't hand out a one-time favor and disappear. We stay with people through the hard stretch and help them find steady ground, with respect and no judgment.

Where Your Support Goes

We're a brand-new 501(c)(3), so we don't have years of numbers to point to yet. As our programs grow, we'll publish our results and financials. You'll be able to see exactly where the money goes.

Family Support

Steady, hands-on help for individuals and families getting through a rough patch

Stable Housing

Safe, short-term housing while a family finds their feet again

Health Services

Low-cost medical care, screenings, and mental health support for the uninsured

Dignity First

Respect for every person who asks for help, no judgment about what brought them in

What We Help With

Three kinds of help, built to work together, so a fix today doesn't come apart next month.

Affordable Healthcare

Low-cost medical and mental health care for people without insurance, or with too little of it. We focus on catching problems early, with regular checkups and screenings.

Supportive Housing

Safe, short-term housing for individuals and families who've lost theirs or are about to. A place to stay while you line up something permanent.

Wraparound Services

Counseling, help finding work, and food assistance. A health problem is rarely just a health problem, so we help with what's around it too.

You Are Not Alone

If cost or insurance is the thing standing between you and care, you're exactly who we're here for.

Uninsured Individuals

Care for people with no health insurance.

Working Families

Help for families living paycheck to paycheck.

Military & Veterans

Care and support for service members and veterans.

Anyone Between Homes

A safe place to stay, and help finding a permanent one.

Frequently Asked Questions

The things people usually want to know before they reach out.

About Our Services

We serve individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship. Eligibility is based primarily on need and residency in our service area. We do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or background. Our team conducts a confidential assessment to determine how we can best help each person.

Getting started is simple. Email us at help@hillofhopefoundation.com or fill out the online form in the contact section below. No referral is needed. Just reach out and we'll take it from there.

Many of our services are free or offered on a sliding scale based on what you can afford. During your assessment, we'll go over any costs and the options open to you, so there are no surprises.

Yes. What you tell us stays private, handled in line with applicable federal and state privacy laws. We never share your story or your situation without your permission, unless the law requires it. Everyone gets a safe, judgment-free place to ask for help.

Our healthcare services include preventative care, screenings, chronic disease management, mental health counseling, prescription assistance, and referrals to specialists. We work with local providers so you get the care you actually need.

Donations go straight to our programs: medical care, housing, food, and counseling for families who need them. As a new 501(c)(3), we'll publish annual reports and IRS filings as they become available, so you can see where your gift went.

Our housing program is temporary, usually 30 to 90 days depending on your situation. The idea is to give you stable footing while you and our case managers line up permanent housing. We stay in touch after you move on, too.

We'll help you sort out your insurance and coverage during your assessment. If you have no insurance or not much, we offer services on a sliding scale based on income. We don't want cost to be the reason you go without care.
